Jamie Fugardi, a Sarasota Florida area resident for over 40 years, is originally from Pennsylv​a​nia and is a Penn State grad in Fine Arts.

She recently retired from Princess Cruises​; a career that provided the opportunity to visit numerous coastal and tropical environments that inspires her to interpret those experiences through visual arts.

Blessed with a hereditary artistic gift she expresses in water colors featuring nature, maritime, and tropical themes that makes one feel peaceful and serene; and acrylics that focus on local surroundings take you on a journey by land or by sea. 

Jamie has exhibited in galleries in Tampa, Clearwater, Lakewood Ranch and on Anna Maria Island. 

She was also chosen as a featured artist in American Art Collector magazine for their coastal and marine June 2019 edition.
